I'm working on a new project and I am interested in using the XVent, can I order a sample?
We would be happy to provide a sample. Please email our sales department at sales@xventbox.com with the model you are interested in as well as the project information.
Is there a minimum order? Do you offer volume discounts?
There is no minimum order and we do not offer volume discounts.
I've just placed my order, when will it ship?
Lead times vary and are based on model and quantity. Please contact our sales team for current lead times.
I am a contractor/distributor, do I get a price break from the MSRP listed on your website?
We can offer better pricing than MSRP. Please email our sales team at sales@xventbox.com with your company information and we will be happy to provide current pricing.
I've received your quote and now I'm ready to order, what payment options are available?
We have multiple payment options including credit cards and ACH. You can also apply for a Net 30 credit account. Please reach out for more information.
I'm not sure what model I need, can you help with that?
Absolutely! Please provide the type of exhaust box (single, double or triple) along with orientation (vertical or horizontal), duct port sizes needed as well as the exterior finish of the building and we should be able to determine which models best fit your needs.
How do I get a quote or place an order?
Please email our sales team at sales@xventbox.com. Please include the following information: model #s and quantities needed (please do not send drawings or plans), and a shipping address if you require a freight estimate. Once we have this information we will send you a quote and the forms necessary to process your order.

How long do custom color orders take to ship?
Lead times vary by how many orders we currently have in queue. We will be able to provide a more accurate lead time at the time your order is placed.
I know which colors I need, what's next?
Please provide your Sherwin-Williams® / Benjamin Moore color code, or physical sample. Once we receive this information, we will order color chip samples for your approval. These credit card sized color chip samples will be made from the exact color material and polypropylene that your order will be made from. Once colors have been approved, our custom color team will advise next steps.
What custom color options are available? Do you have a color chart?
We can match any color from Sherwin-Williams® or Benjamin Moore. We can also custom match a physical sample. We do not paint/prime the boxes, we blend color material into the polypropylene before molding. Due to the nature of the machinery setup and breakdown required to run custom colors, this is charged as a flat setup fee per color, regardless of quantity.
What are your standard color offerings?
At this time, Xvent White, Onyx Black and Saddle Brown are our only standard colors. We do not paint/prime the boxes, we blend color material into the polypropylene before molding.
Can XVentBox products be painted?
Yes, our products can be field painted when properly primed first.
