AIRFLOW CONTROL.

Engineered internal pathways guide and regulate airflow through the system, supporting consistent exhaust performance while minimizing turbulence and backflow. Isolated vent channels maintain separation where required, ensuring proper function across all configurations.

Benefits.

Built for Performance

Built for Performance

XVentBox incorporates a removable front louver and an integrated back draft damper/s for easy inspection and maintenance without damaging any weather-tight seals.

NO WATER INTRUSION

The molding process creates a monolithic box cavity that combined with integrated balanced gravity dampers XVentBox provides a superior barrier against wind driven rain.

Our products successfully prevent water from breaching the exterior building envelope, even in extreme conditions like hurricanes or high wind events.

IMPROVED AIR QUALITY

Differences in air moisture content and/or temperatures between interior and exterior can create conditions in which mold thrives and the deterioration of construction materials accelerates.

ELIMINATE NOISE

When wind encounters the basic vent cap it rattles the damper (if there is any), or even rips it off. People in beach/lakefront residences often find themselves kept up at night by wind.

Our unique design makes use of windy conditions to make the damper close more securely, eliminating wind generated noises.

CONTROLLED AIRFLOW

long-term reliability.

EASE OF MAINTENANCE

XVentBox® incorporates a removable front louver, dedicated dryer chute, and integrated backdraft damper(s), allowing for easy inspection and maintenance without disturbing the exterior weather-tight seal. Simply removing the fasteners provides direct access to the interior cavity, streamlining service while preserving the integrity of the building envelope.

PREVENTS DEBRIS

The integrated louver and gravity dampers, combined with optional stainless steel screens, helps block debris, pests, and airborne contaminants from entering the duct system while maintaining proper airflow. XVentBox® helps protect the ductwork and building envelope from unwanted intrusion, reducing maintenance and preserving long term system performance.

For Modern Facade Integration

For Modern Facade Integration

Unbound by material, the XVentBox® Panel Plenum System is designed to integrate across modern facade systems without limitation. From stucco and fiber cement to glass and metal panels, it enables a consistent architectural expression without introducing visual disruption.

The result is a ventilation solution that becomes part of the building, not an applied element, delivering seamless aesthetics with uncompromised performance.
